My experience was frustrating due to a non-working air conditioner. We requested help multiple times over our five-day stay, yet nothing was resolved. The staff treated us poorly, as if we were incompetent, and we endured heat rather than comfort. Breakfast was ordered in advance. what a hassle!

This hotel shines in its prime location, allowing easy walking access to incredible attractions and restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but minor noise from the trams could be an issue for light sleepers. Worth noting is the friendly and helpful staff who made my experience pleasant.

We loved the excellent location for exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. The shower pressure was great, and Antonia, one of the receptionists, truly brightened our mornings. My grandchild enjoyed the spacious twin room with street view, making our stay cozy.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options were limited and could be more family-friendly.

Air conditioning worked perfectly despite the heat outside. I loved the clean vibe and how well it was decorated. Just the right amount of cozy without feeling cramped.

the location was perfect, close to all attractions. the twin room was spacious, with nice features like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a walking shower. staff were friendly and helpful, providing great local tips. breakfast options included freshly baked items and juices, served at your preferred time. the whole place felt cozy and charming.

Had a nice few nights here! The street view room was lovely and quiet. Super clean. Staff were chill and helped us get an airport taxi. But, the hallway noise was a little annoying at times, though. Loved the in-room breakfast too, so convenient!
